Matthews, a 25-year veteran of the health and beauty industry started at the bottom, working at Costco pushing carts. From there she worked her way up serving in multiple facets including Owner of “Innovative Concepts” a brokerage representing Costco manufacturers and a buyer for health and beauty aids for Costco.
As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing she will oversee sales objectives for Nutrawise including the launch of the Youtheory brand later this summer.
“JoAnna brings vast experience to our company, she and I have worked closely in the past and I know she has the talent, experience and drive to put Nutrawise on the right footing,” said Darren Rude, founder and CEO of Nutrawise. “Her contacts with brokers and distributers are a real asset to our company.”
Rude notes, “The Youtheory brand will revolutionize how people think about supplements. We are delivering an extraordinary product.”
Matthews is excited to be joining the Nutrawise team.

In her spare time Matthews enjoys working with the youth. She’s an avid volunteer with youth groups and coach of youth soccer team. She also tries to stay active by golfing and cycling.
